There is a Dell laptop in this video, its adaptor was taken to another repair shop for repairing and was repaired there but after that it didn't charge the laptop.
As you may know Adaptor ID signal is present in Dell laptops which is connected to multicontroller. And I assume multicontroller is out of order because 19 volt entered ID signal.
ID signal controls the adaptor wattage amount in Dell laptops and sends it to multicontroller and if adaptor is original, the battery will be charged. I should say that motherboard works normally with low wattage of adaptor as well but won't charge the battery or won't charge it properly. Note: motherboard detects if adaptor is original or not.
So first of all, I'll check DC input and after that bobbins of power standby controller to see if there is disconnection or not?!
