I forget my Apple ID and password, if I send my bios file its possible to remove activation lock option. I have iCloud bypass tool

I saw a method on YouTube (rewa technology), there is option with t2 chip ROM ic flashing and they are using with unlocking bin file
how can I get that bin file

i don't think there is a bin file for T2 chip
T2 chip is not using bios
