looking for BIOS of this MODEL. Please anyone can help me.

Its Acer ACER E5-573-32DN with a Intel Core i3

customer brings us the laptop with no screen, its for 100% the bios.

With the second one the Laptop starts but no picture on screen... with the others 1 and 3 nothing happens...

Hi, thanks for your fast answer... but with this version its still the same... Laptop starts, fan is spinning normal... but... no picture on screen... maybe it helps that the motherboard dont have a graphic card.... it have only the intel i3

Hi, with that file its the same.... i dont know why... laptop starts , fan is spinning normal.... but.. no screen.... ive check ram already... ram voltage is normal at 1.35v.... have already check with 4 different ram....
Display works at another pc fine.... backlight voltage already works fine too...

it must be a bios issue....but why some versions dont work....

I recommend you to check the other components.

But what is there something else.... backlight is ok.... ram voltages ok... screen works fine... 19v present.... 5v. Present.... 3.3v present.... embedded controller works and voltages ok.... i dont know what can something else be wrong....

Are motherboard voltages present?
Like cpu-core voltage?
